"Honoring the Families of Fallen Heroes" Event
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation ensures complete post-secondary educational support and additional educational opportunities “cradle to career,” for eligible surviving children of fallen Special Operations Forces and children of all Medal of Honor recipients; and provides immediate financial assistance to severely wounded, ill, and injured Special Operations personnel — today and in the future.
Community Picnic and Auctions August 2nd 4:30 to 8:00 pm
The Community Picnic and Auction, a family friendly event is open to all GN Members, their guests and all residents of the GN Residential Community who wish to support the SOWF even if you are not golfing in the Monday Scramble. Thanks to sponsorships the $20.00 admission fee is donated to SOWF.
Enjoy an evening Barbecue, Golf Games on the Putting Course, Music by the Wise Guys, Cash or Member Charge Bar
"Kids Win a Squish Mallow" putting contest, Auctions (live and silent) and Raffles.

SOWF Community Picnic
Golf, Banquet and Auctions Monday, August 3rd
The Golf Package includes the Community Picnic Event on August 2nd.
Breakfast 7am | Golf 8:30 am | Cocktails & Silent Auction 4:30 pm | Dinner & Auction 6:30 pm
Enjoy a to-go breakfast (7:00 - 8:00 a.m.) followed by a shotgun tournament (8:30 a.m.) with on-course games & prizes.
Win a car lease for a year with a hole-in-one, Closest to the pin prizes and Play the Fastest hole in Golf.
Wrap up the evening with cocktails (cash or member charge bar, dinner and both silent and live auctions (4:30 p.m.)
